This bakeware set is an exceptional value, including all basic pieces to equip your kitchen. Made of heavy weight carbon steel to aid in even browning. The nonstick surface makes clean-up easy and allows you to bake cookies without greasing the pan. The color of a baking pan influences the browning of your baked goods--the darker the color, the more browning occurs. Anolon's nonstick cookie pan is a light gray color to prevent overbrowning.

I plan on purchasing several more mini loaf pans in order to prepare mini pound cakes to hand out to our guests at Christmas. I have experimented and love the results, convenience and flexibility of the mini loaf pan.

Need to fix the picture on the web-site to actually show the TRUE product. When purchasing these cookies sheets I thought I was getting what looked like a jelly roll pan but it had NO sides like the picture showed.

I made cookies the other day on them and they just slid right off! Easy clean-up, chicken pot pie spilt over on them and cleaning them was a snap! I wish I would have bought more.
