I'm primarily an espresso drinker and use the product for lattes & cappucinos everyday. I also use the coffee function on the weekends and when I entertain. I find it very convenient and easy to use. I especially like the auto shut off on the espresso function. As long as you have good control of your grounds you can simply push a button and the machine makes the same quality espresso everytime. It could have a larger water reservoir, but overall I'm very pleased with the product.

I've read bad reviews of this site, but maybe they fixed their proclems becasue I had no issues whatsoever. The transaction was easy, and the product arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The coffee maker and espresso functions seem to always be weak regardless of how much coffee or grind setting I choose. The water seems to go around the coffee in the espresso portion with little crema. The screen adjustment does not make a difference nor the grind I choose. [...]

We could not use the product as it was damaged inside. No package dents, it was obviously a returned item as the broken parts were concealed and the cord tied with a rubber band...
