I'm writing because I saw a bad review of this machine. I've owned one for 10 years and I'm about to buy another. It makes great espresso and is very good for steaming milk, etc. Every several years I have found that you need to replace the "O" rings inside of the machine. While you can send it off to get this done - it's cheaper and quite easy to do it yourself ([$] versus [$]). Search the web for parts companies - there's one in NJ. I'm buying new to have a second machine in a second home.

I bought 2 of these, sent the first one back because I thought it was broken, turns out it really works that poorly! Never again, calling to get a return auth for the second one as well.
Avoid!
