Makes a delicious cup of coffee and is a great looking machine. I would have given it 5 stars if the opening to fill the water basin was larger.

Pros:
This coffee maker is very easy to use, and looks great. Pouring is drip-free, have not had leaks or spills yet. The automatic pause when you remove the pot is nice too, although it has still dripped once or twice on me before. Programming the machine to auto-brew in the morning is very easy.
Cons:
Have not successfully made "good" coffee yet. While it certainly takes time to get a feel for how to make great coffee with a new machine, I feel like we should have been able to accomplish this by now. So far every batch has been bitter, sometimes metallic in flavor, and we have tried multiple fresh-ground gourmet coffees.
I also would prefer to be able to adjust the burner strength. The coffee seems unnecessarily hot right now, which might be ruining the flavor. The functions on this machine are limited to on/off to brew coffee and the programmable auto-brew. That's it.
