Once the kitchen island was assembled, I've loved it. The downsides -- the assembly was quite a bit more extensive than I bargained for, and the materials did not included the butcher block oil. On the upside, however, is that the island is very well crafted, very attractive, and very heavy so it will stand up to years of use with no problem. It is exactly what I was looking for. Notwithstanding its weight it moves easily on its wheels, and it has provided desperately needed counter space to my kitchen.
