The Juice Fountain Elite's outer shell is made form the highest grade aluminum and zinc and is completely die-cast. The interior components feature a titanium-plated cutting disc and a stainless steel micro-mesh filter.
The built-in electronic 'smart chip' regulates power to the blades, depending on juicing load. Once pressure is placed against the cutter, the electronic motor automatically boosts power to the cutter and filter to ensure that they maintain opimum speed under load.
For hard fruits and vegetables the high-speed option delivers a crushing 13,000-rpms to where the pulp particles are 'g-forced' against the filter with tremendous squeezing pressure. It's constructed like a jet plane, but quiet as a kitten. Really very impressive. Easy to take apart and put back together, My only regret is that I didn't open the box sooner! If you want a good, quiet, well-built juicer that is a joy to use, here it is.

I decided to purchase the juicer after reading rave reviews and finding out that Martha Stewart uses the same juicer. [...]My husband and I juice four times a day, every day. We do not clean the juicer until the end of the day but we do wash the jug after every use and it works out fine for us. Our only complain would be slight spattering of juice and pulp from the pulp ejection (even when the juicer is clean). We solve this by putting a damp paper towel over the pulp ejection.Overall we're very happy with the purchase, and feel good that we're able to reach our target of nine servings of fruits and vegetables each day with the help of the juicer.
I love the idea of drinking my juice rather than having to eat all those fruits and hard veggies. In a hurry, I get all my nutrients in a flash.

It is so easy to use, easy to clean and efficient that i find myself using it every morning. it takes seconds to make an incredible fresh juice that even my kids will enjoy. clean up takes seconds (and that is huge for me since i dont want to spend my day cleaning up after a single juice serving...) amazing. simply amazing.

Powerful motor juices very quickly. Cleanup is easy too as there are a minimum of parts and no "nooks and cranny's that are hard to clean.

Durable enough for my 12 year old to use, and easy enough to clean for my husband. It looks great and is so quick to use for my hectic schedule. This is my favorite juicer we've used!
We juice every day (several times a day with a family of five), especially for that quick pick-me-up snack on the go. It takes about 6 minutes from start to clean up for 12-14 ounces of juice.
It's not perfect for leaves such as spinach or parsley; however, I have found a way to maximize the juice from these leaves. I stuff leaves inside peppers or other vegetables that have a little more substance on the outside. This helps to slowly extract the juice giving more liquid and expelling a drier pulp.
This same method can be applied to soft fruits as well.
All three of our kids love the fresh juices from fruits to vegetable. A perfect healthy treat. I have already convinced two of my friends to get one!

We are having fun experimenting with different fruit and vegetable combinations to get different tastes from our juices. I operate a child care center and it is a good feeling to be able to feed the children in my care fresh apple and orange juices on a daily basis.

I bought this juicer mainly for my 4 year old who refuses to eat fruit. Now my husband and I are also hooked! My daughter loves blueberries, strawberries and grapes mixed with spinach (she doesn't know about that one), as well as carrots. This is the easiest machine we've ever used, and the cleanup is also very easy. It isn't too loud, and looks nice on the kitchen counter. I did learn quickly to fill the bin first, THEN turn it on and use the pusher since my first batch flew all over the ceiling! That was my mistake. It really can be filled up with quite a bit, and nothing has to be chopped too small. Large pieces fit easily. Today I'm trying sweet potato with apple and pear. As long as my daughter thinks this juice is yummy, I plan on using it daily!

I could not be happier with this juicer. Outstanding quality, easy to clean! We keep it running all day long: fresh squeezed orange juice or grapefruit juice in the morning, carrot juice at lunch, and apple juice in the afternoon. My kids also love fresh pineapple juice.

I absolutely LOVE my Breville Juice Fountain Elite. I juice on a daily basis, and this juicer makes it a fun and easy experience. The high powered motor quickly grinds up whatever I throw down the chute. I'm amazed at how much juice is yielded from all my fruits and veggies - even tough greens like spinach and kale. The cleanup couldn't be more of a breeze, takes me less than five minutes! The #1 complaint I've consistently heard over the years about various juicers is the laborous cleanup process. With this juicer it's not even an issue. This is an extremely efficient machine and definitely well worth the price. I've recommended this juicer to all my friends and a couple of them have already ordered one!

HIGH QUALITY, EASY TO OPERATE. CLEAN UP IS QUICK. I PUT A PLASTIC VEGETABLE BAG IN BIN FOR EASY CLEAN UP. I ASKED PRODUCE MANAGER AT LOCAL FOOD MARKET TO PURCHASE IN BULK. ONLY COSTS A FEW DOLLARS BUT CUTS CLEAN UP TIME IN HALF!

I use it to juice at least once a day. It's such a powerful machine and fun to use. The stainless steel housing wipes off easily and looks good on the counter.

Very, very easy to clean and assemble. I'm using my juicer two or three times a day.
I'm surprised that the pulp is as wet as it is, especially when I juice grapefruit.
I hope the juicer lasts a long time, because it's quite useful and right now operating efficiently with the exception of the juice that ends up in the pulp.
If it was perfect, it wouldn't be on this planet!

I wanted a high quality juicer. I read Consumer's Report and was sold on what they said. When I received the product and opened the box, I had a smile from ear to ear. I love the stainless steel strength and the durability of the powerful motor. It is also very eye appealing! Something you want to display on your counter.
The best juicer I have ever owned. I just love it. In the past I have had the white plastic things that stain and lack durability. I rank this one right up there with my major appliances.
