EASY AS ... BREAD
By Sue ChefVerified Purchaser from Croton on Hudson, NY on 11/12/2008
Pros:
Consistency, Delicious Bread, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use, Simple Settings
Cons:
Bulky, Very heavy
Best Uses:
Loaves
Describe Yourself:
Avid Cook
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This machine is great. We make a loaf a week. Most supermarkets sell organic packages of bread machine mixes that come complete with the yeast and all necessary ingredients. It could not be more simple. I held back one star because of it's bulk for storage and it's weight. But those draw backs do not outweigh the simplicity, creativity, and usefulness of the machine.

the results of two breads I made were very unfavorable.[...]Product used to bake bread. Bakes quick and easy to clean.

Service & Delivery comments:

I've used this product twice. Both times the bread has turned out much less than favorable. what is your return policy if I decide not to keep it after considering the troubleshooting guide? Also do you have other models I may want to replace it with? The thing I disliked the most was it stated I could not use receipes other than those in the instruction book. Theproduct was delivered promptly and arrived in good condition

First I want to say thanks to the maker of this product. My wife has made 20 plus loafs of various kinds of bread and cakes and every one of them were perfect. No sticking to the sides or burnt crust. Two mixing blades are a huge bonus. The timer is nice if you want to wake up to fresh bread in the morning. We are yet to find something to complain about this product.I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new bread maker.Well a lemon cake is coming out for dessert so I better go.

I've been baking bread myself for years and used three different home bakery in my life.
This is so far the best one.
I had to adjust the amount of each ingredient at the first couple of times though,I've been making fresh, tasty bread and enjoying it a lot.
Big window is easy to see the inside and twin blade kneads the dough evenly and well.Highly recommended!

I've made two successful loaves of white bread with this machine and they both came out perfect. I can't wait to try other recipes. I love that this is a normal loaf of bread as opposed to other vertical machines. Construction is solid and the controls are easy to use. I would highly recommend this machine.

After loads of research and years of asking "santa", I finally got the Zo bread machine and have been as delighted as I'd imagined. The machine's a pleasure to use and the products a delight to eat. My only complaint is that it don't make a "crusty" crust--but that's simply a fact of bread machines. At this point, the only bread we buy are baguettes.

THIS IS THE GREATEST BREADMAKER ON THE MARKET. ONE OF IT'S BEST FEATURES, ASIDE FROM GREAT TASTING BREAD, IS THE HORIZONTAL LOAF. I WAS USING THE UPRIGHT STYLE AND HATED THE SHAPE AND THE LARGE HOLE AT THE BOTTOM, WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE NICE LOOKING SLICES.... THIS BREADMAKER HELPS EVEN A BEGINNER LOOK LIKE A PROFESSIONAL BREADMAKER IN ANY KITCHEN, AT ANY AGE, WITH EASY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS.

This is the Cadillac of bread machines. Years ago, I gave one to my daughter-in-law for a wedding shower gift. I had another bread machine at the time and boy, was it hard to give this away. I finally have my own and it is great. The loaf it makes is perfect for cutting for sandwiches. It comes with some recipes of its own but so far I haven't had any problems using other bread machine recipes.

I have made three loaves of bread since receiving this breadmaker 3 weeks ago. The quality, taste and texture of the bread are superior to my previous breadmaker. I am still working with the humidity here in Florida, so haven't been as pleased with the height of the loaves; however, the bread is fabulous anyway!!!

I've never owned a bread machine before & never thought I would, but after great reviews about how thorough a job the Zo does mixing & kneading and all the programming options, I gave it a try. It is very simple to use & you can remove the bread dough for the final rise and bake in your oven for an artisanal bread product. I recommend this machine highly.

This is my third bread machine. I replaced my orhers because I didn't like the shape of the loaves. I have a favortite bread recipe book that I use, and I am having difficulty adapting the recipes ( primarily the liquid measure) to the new machine. If you use the recipes provided, the breaad turns out fine. I am at a higher elevation and need to add more liquid and I htink over time I'll be able to adjust. The process takes longer than I expected- over 3 hours, but the result is nicely shaped and evenly browned.
